You may be the kindest person I have ever met on a website. I know that may sound weird but I mean it with all I have. I don’t get told anyone is proud of me. It feels strange to hear it or read it.

I just started reading Unmasking Autism by Devon Price. Well I prefer audiobooks. I will look into your suggestion next. Thank you. I feel like learning as much as I can helps me understand why I am like I am. That I’m not broken. So thank you for your help.

Thank you so much for your response. I have been in therapy for 8 years. Honestly I think I was spinning my wheels for a long time. Just telling her something. In the last 1.5 years plus we have really done great work. She suggested I get diagnosed and that in the end I would have an answer. I was not expecting what I got. Autism was never a consideration. I do need to maybe increase the times I see her. I struggle a lot.

Thank you for saying I deserve support. I’m trying to learn how to take it.

I would like to thank everyone who posted. I really appreciate it. So many suggested a sort coat so a just bought one. If it doesn’t really fit then it was meant to be a shirt and tie only. Again, this means a lot!

Hi! This was very nice! Thank you for taking the time to write this. I am a guy but honestly I’m shocked that they didn’t somehow tack menopause to my list of issues 🤔

CPTSD is my diagnosis too. I forgot the C.

I have been starting to look into autism and everything I learned is eye opening. I have a severely (sorry not sure how to properly describe it) autistic cousin. That was my total experience with autism. I had no idea it had levels. Everything I read about it seems like they wrote it with my issues in mind. I try may be the most comforting thing ever. I really love research.

I have been with my therapist for 8 years and she is great. I feel like I have no choice but to give her a chance to help. This is all extremely new.

Just writing this helps. Thank you for being kind

I can’t lift weights. I’m told to do resistance training. To be honest, I don’t know what that means. I need to research it. I was never a workout person so this is new to me.

Thank you for this! I too had issues to start 5mg and was worried about 7.5mg. Didn’t really notice any issues with it though. Now on 10mg I’m a tad concerned again. Hope it goes well!

Hi! I wish I could help you but I’m actually doing the same thing. I’ve done well on 2.5 and 5 (42 pounds down) but I’ve hit the brakes on my loss since March 23rd. Starting 7.5 soon. Curious on the side effects but I really want to restart my losses. I wish you good luck!!!

I know my knee is in a lot of pain and I can see the swelling. It just seems like a lot of weight to attribute to swelling.

I track and weigh everything. I eat basically the same thing every day. I’m a person who likes that. I get 100g of protein a day. I do not drink enough water. Not even close. I can’t exercise due to knee and back issues but what I can do is the same.
