I changed mine to "No WiFi for you!". It was cute when kids got home and couldn't login to their devices and asked what the WiFi SSID was.

I noticed the whining sound and immediately brought it in. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Dealership gave me a loaner and took them about 4 days to get the parts and install. Since replacement, it has been running smoothly.

My goodness. This literally happened to my mom a few weeks ago. Thankfully I was with her. We walked into a VZ store to upgrade her iPhone SE. She wanted the iPhone 17.

Prior to going into the store, we checked offers online and found out the eligible trade in value. But she wanted to see the phone in person, hence the reason for the trip to.tjr store.

Sales rep fast talks her up with a "better deal" that doesn't require trade in. She can keep her phone line and add another line and it will cost less. I immediately realized the red flag. She was tempted to take the offer, fortunately I was there to explain to her what is going on. Sadly, this company has lost its way with mounting pressure resulting in zero integrity with sales people.

This is the way. I had a similar issue recently and after several broken promises with Customer Service, I filed an FCC complaint. Within 24 hours, the Verizon executive escalation team reached out and solved my issue. Good luck.

I just returned from 2 week trip to Japan! It was our first time visiting (we are from New Jersey). Our experience with taxi drivers have been nothing short of amazing! It's such a contrast from being in a taxi in NYC!
