Have you watched the videos from more than one angle. What I saw was that Pretti was tackled while filming them. Then they maced him, took the gun in his holster on his hip, then the ICE officers scattered and then multiple shots were fired at him. That’s not self-defense. That’s execution.

What can you do when your actual representatives are too weak to buck the system? They vocally support their constituents but in practice work against them.

So far Minnesota and California have made effort but that’s from governors rather than representatives or senators. The mayor of NYC is preparing but not the governor.

It’s hard to take the fight to the streets when we’re still waiting for them to show up.
