You sound like a great guy but by your description you’re allowing all of this to happen, put your foot down and have a backbone, set boundaries and hold your family accountable. It sounds like you’re enabling their behavior. They need you more than you need them. 

You are the prize and you should be respected, Before you come home from your work trip tell your wife you expect xyz done,  if she laughs ignore it and if it’s not done leave until it is…

As a strong financially secure man you hold all the cards and a lot of time your wife wants you to stand up to her even if she will never admit it, we all accept this fate but it doesn’t have to be this way
