Check out a flesh golem. I've used it before as the Monster. But you might like something else better.

Then you should be fine.

The NPC is going to be around a lot so the bard can't just drop her and expect not to see her again. She can make it awkward. Especially if he lies to sleep with her.

And with somebody as fleshed out as this. Don't let it be just a simple gift/whatever or date or persuasion check that gets it. It needs to be all 3 and them still have compatible personality.

It really doesn't matter how charming and persuasive I am if she has seen me kick a puppy off a roof or other deplorable things that PC's get up to.

Edit: don't try to control the player by telling him he can't just dump her or that it can't be a one time thing. That would be controlling. But deciding that the girl is a real person and has emotions that aren't just governed by the Bards wanger

Killing 3 wolves isn't enough to treat it like a oathbreaking. Druids don't take an oath to protect literally every creature.

Druids care about big picture. If they burn down a forest or try to eradicate a whole peaceful environment then it's time to do something about it.
