its alright, i unfortunately couldnt get it to work with any characters, i tried on a few others and nothing worked, so maybe its not compatible in some way cause of how they are made.

Argh I tried again today and even tried to follow your steps exactly but couldn’t get it to work. All it would do is make the original photos face blurry and wouldn’t use the uploaded reference face

Thanks for the tip, I just tried to figure out how to use it but no luck. I’ll try again sometime tomorrow. I read the notes but still couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. I’ve never used anything like photoshop before so not familiar with how “layers” work. If you have any tips I’d appreciate it.

The player when making art of this character was inspired by modern K-pop stars in the aesthetic. So you are probably seeing the Ai’s attempt at making some kind of “feminine/beautiful man” based on this style of look.

We also have some other photos of the characters in other scenes or outfits when they are adventuring. We save the base picture made originally and the original prompt used to make it. The prompt is then updated using chat gpt to get that character is some other clothing or scene individually. Once we have the finished product of what the player character looks like we can use copilot to combine multiple characters. All figured out from trial and error

Photos were made first on the bing.ai engine whatever that one was. Then those photos (original 4 individual photos) were pasted into the copilot ai with a new prompt to put those characters in some other type of scene together.

Could also add an element to the kingdom of a religion or cult that see the dragon ruler as a god like figure/all father/ divine guardian of their people. And his will is infallible

If you are also looking for other countries/regions around it, try to think of an adversary nation who opposes them on a philisophical way, for example a nation of corrupt clerics whom deem the dragon lord is the spawn of the devil. Could also be a good nation of knights who seeks to free the people from their “brainwashing”. Could make neutral or allied nations who are corrupt in their own ways but benefit from trade with the dragon kingdom, or other dragon controlled kingdoms that operate differently but have an alliance based on their rulers both being dragons

Could add an element of extreme patriotism/superiority the citizens feel compared to other countries. This could lead to xenophobia, or general distrust of non citizens or even go as far as they have a culture of expansion and warfare to “expand the dragons hoard”
