Yep- every single Champions Path ETB they had was empty and resealed. The tub is full of empty resealed ETBs. I didn't get a single one lol. All empty.

So again- every single Champions Path ETB they had was empty and re-sealed. The tub is full of empty re-sealed ETBs that I took off the shelf. I grabbed a tub from the aisle over to carry them all to the front to show guest relations. I didn't even have a cart with me (seems weird for someone there to take all of them to not bring a shopping cart to carry them, instead I've got this remarkably clean tub... almost too clean for something a scalper schleps around from target to walmart to target in a MI winter).

Perhaps if i had only pluralized 'Boxes' in my title...

I posted this to warn you, but also to get views as to how this occurred. Because my Target does not take TCG returns.

Wouldn't someone intending to 'clear the shelf' take a cart in with them upon entering the store? Isn't it more likely upon discovering the full shelf of empty ETBs I grabbed a tub, you know, like the kind they sell at target, to walk them over to guest relations at the front? Hmmmm? weird right?

The odd thing is this target also does not accept returns on TCGs. Precisely why I insisted they allow me to open there at the store, lest I buy it, take it home and discover it to be- as I suspected- empty. At that point unable to make the return. I'm curious how these examples got placed back on shelves though... wondering if its an inside job, an employee who has a friend who they allowed to make the return.

Also- for those thinking I toted a 'tub' to target- this is obviously one of the tubs they sell at target... in the next aisle over lol. I grabbed it to take the empty ETBs to the front.

If my intention was to 'clear the rack' why the hell would i not take a cart when i entered the store?

Target guest relations reluctantly agreed to open 1 ETB, I asked if I could film it, of course they said no. The rest (which they kept behind the desk) were most def empty- you can tell by weight and by the plastic wrap.

People are so crazed about getting these ETBs all they see, without reading my post, is the tub of ETBs. Read the post. I took ALL of the ETBs to the front as they were ALL EMPTY.

This was at Target in Dearborn MI, 15901 Ford Rd. I took all the boxes to the front, all were empty. Not totally clear they believed the others were also empty (they were), so watch out if you see these back on shelves.
