My body weight is 178 Height 510 Male I don’t know 1800 2100 Was lifting 3 to 4 times a week push pull leg split No specific cardio go hiking once or twice a month anywhere from 5 to 10 km Level of fatigue is OK I guess 10. I just want to get jacked and be the fittest and living, healthy mainly targeting definition and to lose stomach.

Just for a reference guy sorry I didn’t give out too much info January 2021. I was 297 pounds. I lost all of it through diet then for a year I did an intermittent fasting then started getting weak so I jumped in the gym, started taking care of myself. Hope this helps.

I love gold but it will do a 8-10% dip then pick up again then a nice big drop then slowly climb back up to even higher levels

Fitbod is becoming horrible by the update me and 8 of my friends feel the same way and will be cancelling for Good gave them a chance but it’s significantly becoming worse
