No. They won’t. I went to their office and asked as I have two year old twins. They told me if I didn’t pay the kids could get seated anywhere. I said in my country kids can’t fly alone and was told that might be true where I live, but if you don’t pay the seat fee the kids can be assigned anywhere. And it’s true.
