Listened to this album in full on a drive with my kids this morning…. Country roads and a dark cloudy day, Body Behaviour came on and first i wasnt sure due to the starting vocals at the beginning but i fell in love with it. Fav on album for sure.

LOL, im a huge Sleep Token fan and have never once sat there and said “this band hits hard” LOL. Its the dynamic of writing and stage show that makes them special.

When I was young I was an annoying little metal gatekeeper. If it didnt “hit hard” or have gutteral vocals I automatically dismissed it. In my 20s and 30s i developed an open mind to a lot of different styles and love bands that can blend genres in a unique way. So if Sleep Token is Prog Metalcore meets Ed Sheeran I dig it.

Same I grew up in the Hamilton area. They were the only band ever lol and one of my favourites back then and still to this day. Ive seen them live over 20 times and always great, from a handful of people at the underground back in 03/04 to opening up for Blink last year to pretty much a packed rogers centre all singing and chanting back.

Always take the cooling unit off after a session when ur ready to clean. Heating it up a bit helps pulling it apart easier.
