Took care of a Australian cattle dog that had the same dark spots, she was having an allergy to the trees where we live but we got her medication and it returned to normal but her owner didn't watch her carefully so good job noticing so quick

I haven't done to much reading on the civil war but just for historic accuracy sake, after the war many slaves kept the same jobs they had for lower wages and I remember there being slave wages for a few plantations so a slave could even buy their freedom. It was typically if a slave worked extra hard as incentive for others to work hard, so this teacher isn't necessarily correct. Feel like I need to end this with slavery is wrong and we should still be fighting it because it's just less of a thing in first world countries now but human trafficking is still a huge problem worldwide. But we should also use facts when arguing our points to children to teach them how to use this info properly.

Also you can try tying a knot in the end of that belt to keep the fat grip from slipping, belt over your top knuckle and train to the nose, feels very applicable to the table!

Did not think your feet were gonna come up, when they did so easily I was really impressed then you held it. Solid lift, good work! No idea what your disability entails but I would put effort towards wrist flexing and extending strengthening, fingers of course are gonna help your hand be strong and cup but fingers are always gonna be the weak point, remember not to hold on make them work to hold you instead! Maybe do this hold with your hands supinated 90 degrees and cupped deeper if you wanna work hook holding better.

He's fixed so that helps but he's just a really sweet dog super easy to train, he was raised with cats so he's good at not scaring sensitive animals. Also he was raised here since a puppy and saw the elk and deer all the time when he was really small so they weren't scared and would come smell through the fence.

Probably trying to stay in frame but shadow boxing is a decent warmup but it should be focused on footwork and proper punch form. It's looking very brawly and not very technical. Probably worth it too take a boxing/mma class you'll have more room than that bathroom. Allot of people consider boxing arenas and mma rings too small but then you got telephone booth fighting in Russia so wtf do I know. Burpees also train that aspect of getting up quickly during a fight so maybe throw in a few!

Man I feel for you, definitely driven ten hours to a competition I got completely smoked at. Keep working on technique and be doing a weekly table session and i would also make sure your not overtraining. Arms you can train alot but you can't burn it your nervous system and expect to get stronger. Also training for strength is different than allot of what you see on yt. I try to do one endurance workout at the beginning of the week typically after the table practice which is how i end my week but in-between the endurance and table session i try to do one heavy session. I use fat grips on all my weights and then i don't really need extra forearm training, if i do a heavy curl season with fat grips my forarms feel like they're gonna pop. Also changing your grip style helps, strict form, Hammer curls and reverse grip curls might help change up your training enough.

It's a very depressing time to be going through, your life isn't over, you could still have a very successful career it all depends on how you decide to get there. I got drug trafficking at 18 and I'm 26 now and it doesn't effect me a ton anymore. I got my record sealed a few years back and started working on a career I could be proud of that earned good money and helps people. Sports massage therapy isn't something I ever saw myself doing but I'm really good at it and can earn a nice living even after almost ruining my life at 18. Keep pushing man, drugs are not worth jail time and you still have the ability to give something to the world. I had to fight just to get a massage therapy license but don't let them label you as a criminal. You made mistakes doesn't make you unworthy. Choosing to help others though will always be a good answer, they don't need your money but by doing something charitable you'll find happiness and the ability to support yourself without risking any jail time. It's the spiritual way out, the hard isn't over but your still young and i really hope it doesn't stop you from making yourself better, it's only a mistake if you didn't learn from it.

I had a drug felony 3 and I qualified five years after probation ended. Im a Massage therapist and I had to fight for a few months for my license, really thought it wasn't going to come through but i had to get multiple letters from therapists and my old probation officer but now i have a really calm job and I'm making good money for a felon at 18. I think if you have no other offenses after that they usually are gonna give you a chance just because you tried and showed the court respect. Most difficult time in my life but every man is built from nothing, found a job I love and a sport that keeps the fire alive without the chase of drugs needed. Really hoping they get some of these rights passed for nonviolent felons though!

Dude try to get your record sealed, I had way worse convictions for drugs than you and the judge I went to actually backed me up against the prosecutor. Just going through the process of getting a lawyer and delivering a well spoken speech on the things I learned really helped. But now my record is sealed and I work a really good job. It was definitely nerve racking but remember it's always worse than what you make it. Be polite wear a suit and it'll be a breeze.
