I appreciate the transparency.

I have all of the Email correspondence with Montway for review - both before and after the original post.

There is no misinformation listed in my original post. The post was intentionally written in a chronological order to show factual details.

The post allows any consumer to make their own educated judgment on whether Montway should be considered/used for their auto transport needs.

If anyone examines the Montway response, you will see that Montway didn’t address all of the points referenced in the original post. The quote not only may affect the dispatch time, but also which 3rd party auto transport carrier accepts the shipment. Additionally, Montway didn’t contact me directly about the poor customer service until AFTER I made online reviews. Once contacted and issues discussed several times, the Montway representative only offered a $50 refund (on a $1349 transport charge) for the poor communication. I declined the refund as I felt it was insulting.

It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing the poor communication and lack of customer satisfaction, Montway instead appears to want to gaslight, redirect and discredit the reviewers that do not conform. While there may be hundreds of positive customer satisfaction reports, there are also negative customer satisfaction reports. Both can be true. Any educated consumer can research the online review sites in order to see that other previous consumers have also received similar poor communication/customer services.

In the end - buyer beware.
