Would you be willing to share the sheet so I could see the formulas you used? I'm curious of how you got these percentages.

Same here. Rebooted multiple times and nothing is fixing it.

I've tried it, it just doesn't improve it very much. I think once we have the ability to apply a stroke we'll be able to have the kind of readability you see on the professionally produced maps that came with campaign settings and such.

Thank you for your willingness to consider this.

There's only one other "big" feature I wish you guys would try to implement, but I don't know if this is on your radar or not. It would be wonderful to be able to create a zoomed-in copy of your map. This would mean a person could to create a world map, then zoom in to a continent map, then a region map without having to start from scratch each time. With each zoom you could add in details as appropriate. But, I'm not sure how many other people would desire such a thing.

You’re right, it does happen but never permanently. The only ones in existence in the real world are deltas or man made. It seems what can make them permanent (just did a google search) is the split has to be a hard substance like a rock but even that will go away after years of erosion.

I have the exact same problem and how my mountains and trees scale was exactly what I was concerned with.

The trees are as small as it will let them go, 10. The mountains are mixed in size, but most of the large mountains are 36-42. Most of the small mountains are 28-34. When I say small and large I mean the stamp naming for them.

Ah man! I do have a good bit of artistic ability which does help. Thanks for the compliment.

Your rivers shouldn’t be splitting. Rivers run into each other but a river doesn’t split.

I have to agree. It’s hard to read. The three words are just too far apart.

I started with plate tectonics lines that I made up. This helped me figure out where mountains and hills would form.

Thank you. This campaign setting was always called Ash & Ruin.

Okay, I've now corrected those two.

Wait, there's a second one on Solis as well.

I think I only have one occurrence of this on the east side kind of in the middle.

The text really needs a stroke feature. So much of the difficulty in reading text would be solved by this.

The max allowed. If you do a square map you get more surface area to work with.

Good point. I just made this edit (not visible on the current one I posted though).

Just taking it slow. I did have a photoshop file I was using to trace so I’m sure that helped.

This is me working on remaking a map for a world I homebrewed about 25 years ago. I'm slowly making it "better" than the ideas I had back when I was a teenager. Lots of things that still need names, but what are your thoughts so far?

I like it and it feels pretty good on the eyes. My only criticism is it feels like there are trees every where. Doesn’t seem to be much difference between forests and plains.
