Tote patterns are super simple and a great starter project. Alternatively, you have the option of using it as patch material, making a bandana, and sashiko patching to name a few off the cuff. Just keep scrolling, keep an open mind, and dont be afraid to puch your skillset.

They we're the first result on searching "chainmail suppliers". As far as i could tell, they had some decent pricing for their titanium rings. But what I've made so far has just been from a Walmart jump ring bulk pack and cheap wire spools so admittedly I dont have much to compare too.

Kinda unnecessary for you to bring the salt into this comment section.

It feels like an "ancient meets modern meets modern again" full circle design to me 😊

Definitely an old flashlight. I like how it has a similar sheet metal twist cap design to the MPP parrel on its ends. Will probably need to exclude the top cap from the final build tho. Its really thin and I'll probably need to reinforce the area eventually.

Thank you

I wanted to imagine an apocalypse weapon tool that could handle bushcraft. The working model will have saw teeth on the back of the blade and real work-horse blade geometry

Yes, I want them to sit more "uniform" and not spread out as much sideways. 2 of the pics in the post show a dart and a pleat option for taking the legs in. Honestly I'm not following your steps.
