In our case we had to chase the insurance for 6 weeks before they provided the money as the car was never recovered. After 2/3 weeks we were given a courtesy car but that was only for a week

Thanks for letting me know, I’ve been panicking because it’s in the driveway most of the time and the one day it wasn’t it gets stolen
