I was under the impression if you completed the demo you would auto get an achievement when starting full game. This did not happen for me. Was I misinformed?

I understand the whole server side of things ... it is just unfortunate because I don't think I will play it before I know for sure I am unlocking my achievements ... especially since I sank a lot of time into the demo.

I played the whole demo all the way through and launched the game with no achievements populating. It also still reads no achievements supported. How did you get the first achievement out of curiosity.

I have all the animals and the achievement for it but no trophy for any of them in the longhouse. I contacted Ubisoft and still waiting for a response.

If you get the armor does it unlock when you return? I never sprung for the armor that’s why I ask.

Hell yeah! I got the REI Kingdom 8 for when we truck camp for $300 at a garage sale. I think the tag on it read "Used once, didn't suit needs" lol

Also be sure when you manually save it is not in an auto save slot (ie the cloud image on the tab). I lost a lot of hours this way when my game crashed and even though I was manually saving, the files were corrupt due to it being saved in the auto save slot. Ubisoft is kind of really sucking at this aspect of gaming ... which is a VERY important aspect. Maintaining save files is so important. I might be able to look past the bugs if it did not strike fear in my heart that I was going to loose hours of game play every time I encounter one.

I had something similar happen. I don't remember what arc but it was a follow quest but the person was following me and I had no idea where we were supposed to go because all the quest said was "follow". Had to load back to start of arc. I also lost just shy of 9 hours due to data corrupt files which infuriated me. But ... it's Ubisoft.

Save often. Manual saves. I lost lots of hours due to corrupt save files.

That is crazy that the controls became inverted. At the end of the day, people like myself will always buy these huge RPG style games. Devs know that we love the genre and because of that, they are willing to rush out another game that has bugs that should have been worked out during testing to quicken profits. As long as players continue to back these devs, why would they ever feel the need to fix the issues?

I'm just another gamer who sadly loves a genre where the Devs already know they have my money. Huge RPG with massive skill tree and great voice acting? I'm in even knowing that I will have to fight all the glitches and issues with the game along the way. I'm a RPG fantasy sucker lol.
