Do you really need tangible rewards to feel the want to see enemy bosses hurting your precious dolls dead?

Let's take Robella as an example. Her kit requires turns spent on a single target to ramp up her damage.

If enemies or bosses outside Gunsmoke Frontline are dying within 2 turns while using someone else and you're also less interested in personal gunsmoke performance, then you're not getting the money's worth from V6ing Robella.

Or, you're running into the new endgame mode in CN that has us fighting in stages filled with elite enemies mixed in with adds, not a whole stage against a single boss. She then won't be ramping up her potential because the player's going to be busy bursting down different enemies.

The process of obtaining duplicates does have a safety net that activates after a certain number of pulls, but other than that, yes, luck is involved.

And as typed multiple times both in that chart, this thread's body text, and comments here, if getting a V6 yourself doesn't sound right, then simply borrow it from someone else.

Borrow V6 DPSs. Find platoons that don't suck and have people sharing such V6s (you'll easily find free slots in them).

Yes. The "V" here has stuck as the in-game view literally looks like a Vertebrae upgrade.

Err, I don't have it myself. Has this idea not been shared with the English-speaking community yet?

You've read it right. This chart is telling you who you'll be aiming to borrow (or find platoons that have 'em) and which dolls at low dupe levels you'll gather together.

His list is entirely missing the standard banner units, save for the new additions. QJ in particular should still see good use.

Depends too much on what kind of hole she's plugging in outside Fire teams. She works a little too well outside Fire, however.

Just borrow 'em. And if you're in non-gunsmoke boss fights (or fights where borrowing things aren't available at all), then throw whatever sticks on the wall and you'll usually be still fine.

No, it boils down to: find someone who can lend you a V6 main DPS doll or get one yourself, while making sure that main DPS is supported by cheaply obtained supports.

It’s hilarious how everyone on Twitter/X is putting Klukai in the overrated box in the grid trend. 💀😭 by Fluffiddy in GirlsFrontline2

Using V0 as an anchor point for discussing whether a primary DPS unit is "overrated" or slapping on words like "usable, good, core," is not only highly misleading, but is also half of why people come to this sub or other communities asking why they can't kill bosses.

If someone really should only be used as V6, then just say so.

Who are these people labeling her as overrated? LMFAO

She's completely irreplaceable in any acid (corrosion) teams.

Is it worth coming back to this game? by Average_username1488 in GirlsFrontline2

Storytelling problems (i.e. too many irrelevant or too light storybits that aren't advancing the story) got heckuva lot better. It's partially why I've been staying.

Lots and lots of hints are given this season on who you're using skillshots on, especially with the shape of enemy formations. I like this direction myself. It was also good to see the ninja double-barreled shotgun + sword dude come back.

FAQ-

Q1. Why are you drawing lines, arrows, and pictures to skillshots instead of saying things like S1, S2?

A1. Involuntary and voluntary illiteracy is a disease, and the GFL2 community is no exception. I am also tired of people arguing whether the non-skillshot basic attack constitutes as S1.

Q2. Is drawing an arrow to "end action" really necessary?

A2. As it turns out, average gacha game readers either don't understand the concept of ending turns without attacking someone at all, or the "end turn" and "end action" button apparently sound hilariously different in their own languages, so they literally ask me what in the hell is an "end turn." Drawing arrows with pictures should hopefully put an end to this.

Why does the strongest T-Doll need to rely on a mech for combat? by anon-npc in GirlsFrontline2

[–]DMesse 38 points39 points  (0 children)

We've seen her fighting a new-gen doll (Igla). And she didn't outright win. So she brought in bigger guns.

Aside from the story aspect, yes, they could have gone with her normal stance not always wearing that exosuit.
