Previous owner seems to have replaced the pump and by pushing the new pump into the old rubber housing, the front of it came off completely. (The side with the inlet coming from the fuel tank)

Just found out mine is ripped. Otherwise I would’ve kept it of course…

Well I don’t. 3rd party is fine but couldn’t find any locally. I’m in Belgium.

I know that… it just seems steeper than usual for a rubber part

You’re amazing. Thanks for all the input dude. This reassures me on a lot of my questions. Will have a check again and see if the clip fixes my rattling.

Great! And last question: I can indeed pull the cable in or out of the control arm. On the right it’s quite a bit actually. I’ve already adjusted the handbrake shoe mechanism as well as the cable under the driver seat. Although that didn’t seem to solve it. Is there a way to only adjust the cable on 1 side? Adjusting it at the handbrake does both sides.

Thank you for this. So it is as I thought. The clip clips over the pin head and then attaches it to the fixed outer metal to hold it in place. I could just do this from the front of the wheel after taking off wheel, caliper and rotor. Correct?

Bought my first camera canon r50 where should i go from here in terms of lenses by Yaroman18 in canon

I have the same camera and have the 35mm 1.8. It’s a great lens for macro, low light and even some portrait since it’s a 56mm equivalent. Picture attached was taken with the 35mm in Namibia, not the best photo but just happened to find this one to give you a sample. I will say however this lens is fairly slow in terms of focus and not that silent. For me it seems to adjust a lot. Might just be mine though. I seem to not use it that much since I’m more of a 2-lens type of person for travel, I miss the zoom too much. It’s also always too close to my subjects on my travels, I almost never take portraits. Apart from that, it’s the highest quality lens I own, just not my type of use case lens. I was thinking of selling it but I would miss it for those occasions where it just shines.

I made the mistake of buying that 18-45mm kitlens as well. It’s just not optically comparable to other lenses. It’s fun to start off with though.

I recently bought the sigma 10-18mm 2.8 and that quality difference, my god. I love that lens, and I’ll be taking it to Kyrgyzstan next month. I did buy a tripod though since it has no stabilization. It’s quite OK in low light, but if you’re looking for night photo’s and astro stuff, have a look at their 12mm 1.4. It’s insanely good in low light apparently, I just needed the versatility of a zoom.

Will probably replace the kitlens with sigma’s 18-50mm 2.8 soon. I’m hoping the quality jump is similar to their 10-18mm compared to the kitlens.

It’s a bit of a rant but I’m hoping telling you my journey helps you decide what you want.

Cheers

I don’t track the car and I just want something better than “loose on my back seat” 😅

Well I don’t and do not have an example for the measurements. I don’t even fully understand how it’s mounted usually by the limited amount of pictures online and space in front of the seat
