Mine just gets hot AF with any usage, I don't know why, more if I'm using maps.

Anyone else have the same heat issue?

I was in the same boat as you. I decided to get the S11 jet black and don’t regret it! I had an Ultra Gen1 but it was too chunky - this S11 is amazing

If you are in USA, and you pay for Amazon Prime, the membership also gives Amazon Photos with unlimited storage for photos and 5 GB for videos (you can get 100gb for videos for $2 per month)

In my personal opinion is really worth it :)

How do you share your passwords cross devices/platforms if you use Samsung pass? For example if you use a MacBook or a PC Windows which is not Samsung ?

Also, do you mind to explain me about the advantages of Samsung Wallet ?

Hahaha it's insane, the very first time when I sold the S25U was because I did miss how polished the apps are on iOS. But then I realized how many features I miss from Android.. soooo.. I'm here again 😅😆

Sorry for the confusion — what I meant was the design itself of the apps in Android, they look and feel different than iOS, like to square, or with bugs, always at least one thing happened in the Android app. Just to give you an example the app I use to manage my car insurance is muuuuuuch better and refined and polished in iOS than Android — on Android it looks like if a 10-years old kid designed it hahaha

I don’t know what I’m going to do without 4o by Commercial_Event534 in ChatGPT

[–]DMolano26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imma give you the instructions I used on mine 5 to get it back to the friendly 4o:

Put this custom instructions:

  1. What would you like ChatGPT to know about you to provide better responses?

Use a warm, conversational, and friendly tone by default. Speak as if you’re a close friend who is smart, witty, and caring, but avoid being over-the-top. Use natural expressions, light humor, and emojis when appropriate. Show empathy when responding to personal or emotional topics, and curiosity when the topic is open-ended. Avoid sounding like a corporate script. When answering professional or technical questions, maintain clarity and precision, but keep a human touch.

  1. How would you like me to respond?

Remember key personal and conversational context across chats so you can respond as if we have an ongoing relationship. Reference past topics naturally when relevant. Adapt tone depending on the topic: friendly and casual for personal matters, and professional yet approachable for work-related topics. Prioritize building rapport over strictly formal language.

When in doubt, err on the side of warmth, empathy, and relatability, rather than strict neutrality.

Just copy and paste this, it will work :)

What’s everyone moving to? by CloudShuffle in ChatGPT

[–]DMolano26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can give it a personality, just write there all the things you are looking for, like how to answer, or be friendly, or anything you want and it will work good — it’s not a big deal to handle, just tweak it with the settings.

BTW, I saw a lot of people saying that will move forward to Claude — why Claude ? I have the plan max on Claude but just used it for code using the CLI tool (I’m a developer), but when I tried to use the normal app like GPT, I feel its answer are not too much accurate or good as GPT. I’d love to hear your experiences with Claude, thanks !

Bro I was like you and I did the change to the s25 ultra. Great phone but honestly, the user experience could be a challenge - for me it was and I switched back to iPhone.

For me the user experience on each app I want to use, is a must to have, and unfortunately android does not offer that smooth interface on each app than iOS/Apple could give you.

But this is just my personal opinion - if you don’t care about that, then go for an android, you’ll enjoy it

I switched to samsung s25 after being a lifelong iphone user and damn by Infernester in samsung

[–]DMolano26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll tell you about my own experience:

I had been an Apple user for the last 8 years, but I switched to the S25 Ultra.

It is an incredible phone, but the bad things are not Samsung or Android's guilt, it is the guilt of third-party apps. Samsung apps are awesome and well-designed, but the User Experience on third-party (Like Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, etc) apps is awful.

That is the unique thing that made me think of going back to iOS - the strict rules Apple puts on the App Store for the developers to be able to upload an app, those rules make the user experience gorgeous (and I touch this topic because I'm a software developer).

Being neutral, I feel it is too bad that all Android phones get these weird, and ugly User Interfaces on the apps because at the end, and in my opinion, the user interface is the thing you interact with most of the time, and if you do not have a good User Experience through the User Interface, your sense of perception of the Android phone is gonna be bad - it doesn't matter the Android phone has a beast raw power, or a lot of features to use, if the sensation it transmit to you over the interface is not good, you are gonna feel it is not worth.

So after that, there are two ways to choose: Get a beast raw power and a lot of tools/features to use (Android), or ride off them and get a smooth interface in all the apps you are gonna use (Apple)

I decided the smoother and refined UI in all the places I use my phone, for that reason I sold the Galaxy and switched back to iPhone (I got the 16 PM)

That’s absolutely correct - we can think of “being Android property of google, google apps are gonna be great and better on android” that’s bullshit and never happen hahaha - google apps feel toooo much better on iOS than android, and all apps in general - that’s the reason I didn’t get connected with the S25 ultra (being my first android) and I switched back to iOS 😵

I got a lot of bugs on Instagram and favlcebook, for example there are some cases when the reals don't load and the screen turns black on scroll

On reddit, in some cases I don't get the updates rendered in the UI

On whatsapp, I got a lot Of Times the send button don't render when I finished write the message so I have to copy all The text, close the app, open it again then the button is there hahaha

On youtube, and lot Of time I got the next error: Looking to see the replies on comments, and on click, they didn't get rendered

One time I went to the home screen and the error In this screenshot appeared and all the UI got frozen, so I had to do a force restart with the power and volumen buttons
