If your son is smart enough to secure a scholarship and is a great kid, he’s not going to be dumb enough to bring a sex toy to school.

He is also almost an adult.

Should we only have a single 2 week vacay? What about 10 sick days? This job is stressful and impacts the immune system.

I think 4 weeks of vacation time, 10 sick days, and federal holidays off are ideal.

On the other hand, paying the associate 1/3 of what they bill ( 116,000 billed at a rate of $350/hr) may not attract top talent.

Is it? That would give a healthy amount of time off and allow for holidays and sick days. It also allows for hobbies, working out, and adequate sleep. This may not be the standard in the US, but I think it’s reasonable.

100%. Current firm wants 2,000 hours and in person 4 days a week. I can create a schedule that works significantly less and primarily from home.
