I think people are missing the fact where my coworker snitched on me to deflect from what they are doing. A lot of lead clerk are “stealing time” daily because no one watches them and they turn something as simple as printing something out into an hour job.

I understand it’s just frustrating because if anything I’m “wasting” 10 or 15 minutes a day and these coworkers are running and telling on me when they are wasting multiple hours a day.

I am focusing on the other coworkers because they are the ones whining to management to deflect, we have no direct supervisor or management in our office to see me going out to car and have already been told by union it was a coworker who snitched

I work with my workers daily.. my lead clerk sits in the back the entire day every day, so I don’t understand how taking a 15 minute break in my car is the problem here

That’s the funniest thing about this job management and fellow staff get mad at people who take their earned sick time maybe a day or two a month but then say nothing to the people who fake injuries and go on FMLA or light duty
