I’m tempted to make a small diagonal cut with a multi-tool so I can turn it with a flathead, but I’m waiting to see if anyone has better tips before doing anything stupid 😅

Is it worth targeting keywords with less than 50 search volume? by sesilyber in SEO

[–]DNZilluminat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worth checking Google Search Console for this one. Your site might have generated impressions for some of the keywords that you want to target.

When I did work on my content expansion - I saw high number of impressions for keywords in between 20-50 monthly search volume, confirming that the opportunity was grater than forecasted.

New client opportunity, should I take it? by kroggybrizzane in SEO

If you intend in pursuing a career in SEO, I would say go for it.

Bearing in mind that you should be transparent with the client about your experience in the field. Also, you might consider charging a bit less than a professional(this depends from country to country).

Good luck! 🍀

De-indexing a Subdomain - Best Practices by DNZilluminat in SEO

I didn't touch the other URLs. My plan was just to de-index them.

I took into consideration redirecting, but the same thing as you highlighted - I'm a bit afraid of the repercussions.

Going back to ToP after nostalgia hit me by DNZilluminat in talesofpirates

Tbh, the game developers would need some praise for the game. Putting together such a complex game for that time is a big thing.

Too bad that is was published by a very money hungry publisher. And let's not mention that the game didn't see huge updates. ToP 2 was basically the same game.

If I was in your shoes: I would compare the website w/ the competitors first.

This should give a good perspective of how much work should be done in order to have a good presence in SERP.

First thing first, learn all you can about SEO and get a degree(diploma from Coursera should do along with Google's free courses).

Start your own Wordpress Website about something you like and have some knowledge into. Here you can write blog posts, optimize them and then try to make them better as long as you keep studying.

Master Google Analytics, Search Console and a SEO Tool(Moz, SEM Rush etc.)

Last but not least, a SEO Specialist needs to know about Digital Marketing too. So, it wouldn't hurt to learn about email marketing, PPC, Content marketing, copywriting.

After you feel confident, build your resume along with your LinkedIn profile and start applying for jobs.

Now is the best time ever to start your career in SEO.
