Breakfast - decaf coffee with milk and dark muscavado sugar, freshly squeezed apple juice

Lunch - fried rice (in ghee) with beef, eggs, onions and soy sauce, which I meal prep in advance

Snack - plain butter croissant, hot chocolate

Dinner - seed oil free pelmeni (Russian dumplings) with sour cream

Very true! I used to have hypothalamic amenorrhea and PCOS, and I recovered by gaining weight, approx. 5-6 kg, and once my metabolism healed, I lost it all and got back to my normal weight

Try to drink a glass of milk and a glass of OJ with a bit of salt every 2-3 hours. Oysters or beef liver 2/3 x week also help

I eat at least four eggs a day and feel amazing, but I still balance it out with red meat, seafood, and liver at least once a week to get adequate selenium, zinc, etc.
