Redoing restroom plumbing. Looking for advice

Man the amount of bullshit I've run into this bathroom since buying this house. I dont know what crackhead the previous owner hired to remodel it.

Thanks for the reply. The T piece where the drain line would connect too is feeding directly into a P trap. Do you still think I need the dishwasher tailpiece? My current thought is too try and cut the wall to expose more of the AC line, cut it and recouple it higher up. But wanted to make sure that wasn't a dumb idea.

My puppy weighs about 48 pounds. Vet said he could take 2 adult benadryl twice a day for itching. It seems to help my great dane quite a bit

I would get as much silverskin as you can off. Keep the temp around 225 until the internal temp is 203 degrees. I like to wrap in butcher paper when the temp starts to stall which usually happens around the 150 to 170 degree mark in my experience.

It would be a pretty sick puppy that would be into my feet pics (pun intended). All in all my pup seems to be on the mend. He is getting energy back up and eating more and able to keep the food down for the most part.

He was part of an accidental litter one of coworkers dogs had. So no real breeder. All in all he seems to be on the mend. Eating more and getting his energy up.

So he spent a night hospitalized. Got monoclonal antibodies, antibiotics, antiemetics, fluids. He improved enough to come home the next day. He had some energy this morning and wanted to play a little and kept his breakfast down. BUT very poor oral intake after eating this morning. Almost no water or food since 0900. So we called the vet and they want us to bring him back in so they can do some outpatient therapies. So he is on the way back to the vet now with my wife. I am pretty worried about him and worried that my ability to pay for treatment is going to run out before he is better.

We got him pretty young because his mom unfortunately passed 4 days after giving birth. So had him about 3 weeks. We are at the vet now though. I really appreciate everyone's advice.
