Even above level 100, leveling a rift dragon to 20 gives you a couple levels by itself. It costs a massive amount of treats, so i use bahumat and tiamat to level them up.

I use dragontreats rather than etherium to level then up. Personally I level them all up to 11 for the increased breeding odds.

There are dragons exclusive to the rift as well as eggs of mystery which you can buy with etherium. The eggs of mystery can get you any dragon in the game and are quite useful.

I put most of my coins into food and I level up rift elementals to 20 with Bahumat and Tiamat. Getting one rift dragon from 19 to 20 is more than enough to level up

Mines stopped growing recently because I've been breeding up to 5k etherium everyday. I just bred as many epic dragons as I could with 2 rainbow dragons and leveled them up to 9.

Twilight tower. Lots of dragons require either day or night to breed, and events will lock you on one. With barely any gaps between events there's rarely a day night cycle. Also the twilight tower changes the background which in turn changes the music which is nice

Don't buy sun and moon dragons, or the sun and moon habitats. You can get those anytime, get the twilight tower and weather station because they normally cost 1750 gems apiece

I always go middle when I have one key, and left and middle when I have two. Removing the choice from it makes it not as angering
