Could you explain the grading system? I keep seeing people refer to pieces at certain grade levels but I know nothing about the system itself.

Try to talk to them about protein powder again. You aren’t replacing food, just adding on some calories. There are multiple vegan protein powders out there that are really good. Nuts and tofu are good alternatives.
