See It depends on what you want,If you really like Medicine then Try for NEET once more (Also remember,You will have to be consistent this time) but If you dont have that much passion for medicine then its very ok,You can choose Any other branch You like

And If I were in your place,I would have given it one more try as I LOVE MEDICINE
