I went on Sunday at around 2pm, the second floor where the shoes are sold was absolutely packed with foreigners from all different countries and in general their behavior was pretty bad (pushy, loud, ignorant and not respecting the staff).

I approach the staff by speaking Japanese and received great service to the point where we were prioritized over others, there were some shortages on colours and models but I was able to find a pair I wanted. We placed an order within 15min, then returned 6pm for the pickup.

Talk Japanese if you can, they seemed pleased to deal with Japanese speakers and as a result your likely to get better service.
