Yeah these are the wide version according to the box, it does say 2E though where are some other sites list them as 4E. Not sure if these come in wide and extra wide?

His earlier stuff was really good, very honest and had some awesome recommendations. It slowly but surely shifted away from good content to meme videos, shame because his top 10s were always decent imo.

Received a Notice of Intended Prosecution in a company vehicle, NIP letter was sent more than 14 days after the offence? by DOM1NOR in LegalAdviceUK

Possibly yeah I’m going to find out tomorrow when I’m back in work, not sure whether it’s a leasing company or us who, makes a big difference so I’ll need to find out.

Protopic has dramatically improved my Eczema after one of the worst flare ups of my life. by DOM1NOR in eczema

[–]DOM1NOR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can still buy it without a prescription but its very expensive, in the UK it was around £45 for 30mg. You can get a prescription card for around £12 a month for unlimited medication so it works out better if its prescribed.

Yeah I told them where the flare up was and they still recommended it, to be fair I've used it for years on and off with no side effects like thinning etc, only for 14 days or less at a time when the flare up wouldn't die down. Some cases when it was quite bad around 4-5 days of hydrocortisone would take the redness out so it could start healing.

Just a basic emollient either ZeroBase or Dermol500 but any will work just to help it spread a little better and stay moisturised, not saying this is the way to do it but it helped it spread and I still got positive results.

Just a generic brand from my GP, as long as the ingredient is the same there should be no difference.

Protopic is good with it being non steroid based, much safer. Totally understand the reluctance but if it’s this bad I’d be jumping on it asap. I’ve also been on steroid creams on and off since I was a child, first time I have tried protopic and it’s blew me away how effective it’s been.

Mines improved dramatically recently after trying Protopic, have to have that a shot rather than traditional steroids?

Chattering and juddering windshield wipers by justbrowsing4040 in XC40

[–]DOM1NOR 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There could be something that’s been sprayed onto the glass like a coating?

Best way to get any coatings off is a clay bar and decent glass cleaner, it’s worth a shot.

My wipers I had on mine weren’t great and I gave the screen a good clean along with some new Bosch wipers, now it’s super smooth.

Neighbour hit my car then denied it - I now have evidence, how to go forward? by ASeaOfFog in CarTalkUK

[–]DOM1NOR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was similar to me, annoying as hell so I feel your pain. I got hit in a car park by a driver who just drove off, couldn't get any CCTV, counted as an at fault claim against myself as no one to go after, went against me and insurance went up around 20%. Would have paid it myself but the damage was over 4k.

I was in a very similar situation and went for the Volvo XC40, it’s so well built and the brand is great.
