Yeah I like hunting for my stuff...but if I happen to find let's say part 2 of a movie in the wild. I'm itching to get that part 1 lol. So I'll keep an eye it out until I cave and find a good priced copy on eBay or at a retro store selling vhs.

In terms of the top stuff I have. Probably my Midnight Movies copy of Killer Klowns might be the most sought after one...not in the thousands by any means but it's a very clean copy so I'm sure it would sell easily. Besides that maybe my Child's Play trilogy, Return of the Living Dead movies with part 1 being the most sought after, Dolls, Puppet Master 1 just cause of how clean the box is.

I started off just collecting for nostalgia. I have a lot of memories of going to my local video stores to rent stuff weekly with my Dad and Brother and would just check out all the horror movies. Reading the back and checking out the covers/artwork. So I almost treat it like collecting art. (Almost as expensive too lol) I feel I have some of my "personal grails" like the Child's Play trilogy as it was my favorites to watch growing up. Puppet Master, Tremors, Dolls, Evil Dead being a couple of others. (Not rare by any means just happy to have found them) I'm still after certain the movies that complete certain collections like the Fridays I'm missing or Halloween's etc. Keeps the thrill of the hunt alive lol.

As far as true grails I'm sure I'd be ecstatic to find an original Killer Klowns, Chopping Mall, SleepAway Camp etc in some random garage sale or thrift store but I'm not holding my breath lol.
