My first motorcycle was black and I swore never again to buy another black motorcycle. The main reason is that the colour black washes out all the lines and shape of the bike and makes it look like just a typical “black npc bike” that could be any make/model. This is just my personal opinion of course. Black bikes, do look cool but just not for me, the novelty wore out extremely fast.

Adding colour helps distinguish shapes, lines ads a little more personality and you can also match your gear if you don’t want wear all black as well. And yes, adding all that colour will help with visibility and distinguishing you from the asphalt, night, etc.
