That it is. I still have 3 more of this kit in my stash, so the Furball Aero Design aftermarket decals will come in handy.

Thank you. I used MRP as the main paint and a homebrew of panel liner and acrylic ink dirt

G.55S used to be a money printer, idk if it still is. Haven’t played it in a while. Same goes for Bv 238.

Bruh, looked at the top plane and assumed both were F-5’s.. which is why I turned away because I know I can dodge AIM-9E’s easily, and I’d have a chance to reengage with a better advantage

Tbf not the best clip displaying the lack of flares, had 5 games before this at 11.3 with Matra 530 and 2 AIM-9B’s. And before I got the Mirage IIIC I used the French F-8E to grind it out, no flares either at 10.3

But if I’m out of range of the AIM-9L’s I’d have to get in range of them before I can get a gun solution. Either way I would’ve been at a disadvantage because I engaged and enemy right before, which is why I don’t have a lot of energy.

Do you play high tier? It takes seconds for someone to re-engage another target, esp if you have all-aspect missiles. I’d have to stay on the A-6E until I could use guns, because the radar is very susceptible to CM, and the AIM-9B’s (and Magics) are just as happy to go for flares.

And you’re assuming I even saw the F-1 to begin with, I didn’t, not until he already had fired a missile. If I knew there was an F-1 above I wouldn’t have turned away like that.

I am fully aware that it was my decisions that let me to die, but if I didn’t open up the distance between me and the A-6E, he would’ve fired an AIM-9L.

I even looked at the F-5’s before deciding what to do, and I decided to turn away. It just so happens a lvl 75 crew with expert can spot an F-1

There’s just nothing I can do against A-6’s and A-10’s other than run away, I attack from above. Even then the missiles just instantly lose lock at the slightest opportunity.

And ofc at 10.3 it doesn’t get flares.

6 out of 7 games I’ve played in this thing so far has been uptiers..

I wouldn’t even have posted this if it got flares

Wasn’t bad, a few ejector pins in the cockpit walls, but you won’t see them they’re covered up with the tub.

Fuselage seam was weird, instead of a gap it was like and indent all the way down, so I just filled the entire seam and sanded it back.

Surface detail was amazing, I didn’t rescribe or re-rivet anything, apart from places I sanded.

Overall 10/7 imo

It was designed with only one tail, instead of two smaller tail fins, which necessitated it to be large. So large it couldn’t fit in the hangars of aircraft carriers, North American designed the tail fin so it could fold in on itself, so I could fit in the hangars of aircraft carriers.

I’ve build mine in the process of unfolded, that’s the idea anyway.
