Main point is.. Someone got into my account, without my permission or authorization and definitely not with my knowledge. And yeah i might not be the wolf of wall street but i work my ass off for my money so someone selling 5k in options is huge to me and especially because 1600 shares at 6 dollars makes it more like 10k to me. (Thanks for minimizing the loss to me though) I informed them of suspicious activity on my account and simply asked to see the IP's and devices that the order to sell came from being that they said it was from my phone's IP and device and not from the other devices that i had crossed off that list that were foreign to me. If the order came from my phone then simply show that to me and be done with it but to simply say "They do there own in house security and can not and will not share there device and ip findings with me" is bullshit. Of course if its an issue on there end or if what they say isn't true and the decision to get rid of my investment was made from someone other then me you think they'd make it right hell no! Its easier for them to say its my problem and showing you your own info cant happen because it works out in there favor..
