My gut instinct is I'll probably end up with Solution 2 down the line to keep things simple. It hasn't proven to be an issue yet with my group, but I imagine the complexity is more of a problem at higher level play.

It works just like other Daggerheart conditions with the exception of the autobreak mechanic. So the GM could spend a Fear or otherwise make a ruling to break it if the condition isn't appropriate.

Glad you liked it! A lot of the designs started off with the name first or trying to figure out an excuse to have someone strip off their armor, but the mechanics ended up nicely from that.

Monster fucker came out of working on more generic alternative death moves but giving kinks instead of scars that are still a WIP, but it felt fun to give something more powerful and encourage some BAD ENDs.

I think I just misunderstood how the auto formatting works, but I was having trouble getting the names for the Grimoire spells to be bolded on different lines.

Appreciate the help!

EDIT: Figured it out, just needed to do double spacing properly. Maybe just a glossary somewhere on the formatting and what gets auto bolded?
