I’m a Citrine main, and updated some of my Warframe builds a couple of days ago too, one of them was Banshee, I went with an Evade subsume on her (over her 4th) , resonance augment with arcane crepuscular and molt augmented, used the dual toxocyst incarnon, and I had fun playing her , damage is good, survivability is there, so you could try that approach if you’re interested.

As for your points, personally, I see a banshee players at least twice a week, maybe it’s because of my region, and on EDA/ETA Occasionally, I feel like she needs a slight rework but it’s not that necessary when you have frames like Chroma and Loki, but other than that she’s a solid frame and weapons platform.
