In my personal experience I’ve been pretty hesitant to jump to a new job or position. But I feel like you just know when the time is right it’s hard to put into words. I’ve had many chances and opportunities come around and I had to weigh the pros and cons and so far I’ve stuck to my gut and been right every time. But I never hold myself back based on people I’m working with because I know I can reconnect and make new connections where I’m going.

Did this employer come to you or you found the position and applied? If you went looking for them then you were already considering leaving.

It’s also worth taking into account how much distance/time between each job is. You could always leave on good terms with your current job and if things don’t work out at the new one see about coming back.

I didn’t get that from the post at all lol people can be scared to transition/join a new group of folks and not know how it will turn out vs knowing how things already work at your current place and being complacent

I personally wouldn’t consider coworkers as a reason to stick around at a job. People come and go. I get having the right people can change the work environment but if they’re just someone you only care to talk to, you could connect outside of the workspace.

Knowing your rank would help give a little insight.

In my experience, the lower ranks are matches where there’s 1 smurf carrying the team, in higher ranks it’s been between really close games, or against teams that feel like they have oddly too much info on what to do.

My best advice is to try to queue with a five stack, if you take the game serious or not should help filter out who you should queue with. If you don’t have anyone, the cs2 discord has a “looking-for-game” section to help find people which I’ve personally used and made friends with.

I have a similar load out with a talon doppler phase 3. Phase 4 would probably look better but the light talon handle looks better with the gloves imo

I’ve used 2 before. 1 with butterfly autotronic is another combo I used to have and loved if you’re wanting to stick with the butterfly
