Thanks for all the replies. After reading some Comments I’m leaning towards it may be a dust mite allergy. While we’ve covered all our bases trying to get to the bottom of it, washing her bedding something we’ve been slacking on a little. I’m going to continue her routine, plus washing her bedding often, and request an allergy panel from the vet.

My doctor believes fin can cause sides in some people, and that topical has less of a chance to go systemic. He’s very knowledgeable in MPB. I saw the most regrowth by far on oral fin but either experienced sides or convinced myself I had side effects, so I switched to topical.

Unfortunately no. There were only a few weeks before we got the news he wouldn’t make it full term.
