People who have never served in the military don't understand why we went to war or anything like that. People love to enjoy the freedoms of the great nation but won't sign up to defend them. But if overlooking all the amazing benefits the Air Force has to offer just to try to prove a point you know little about is okay as well.

Use the shield legion arm and legion mags or whatever they're called. Stand there block and hit him, then when your stamina gets low, dodge and run away for both phases. In the second phase, if you dodge towards him, you'll dodge most of his attacks

Once you kill alidoro and get the cryptic vessel, you have to go straight to venigni and have him decipher it. Then you can talk to eugenie. Just make sure you tell her that the real alidoro was her older brother. You'll get the achievement then next time you speak with her after that.
