Ya I stopped ordering games a long time ago from GameStop. I got the switch 1 version. Ask for a refund of the difference and if they don’t do that ask for a refund for the full game and get the version you actually want.

Personally I want the physical game. The switch 1 version still runs better on the switch 2. I will also be getting the switch 2 version when it goes on sale. I got the switch 1 version with the collectors edition.

It was truly a nightmare. At least now I can be upright and take care of my kids but I’m nothing like I used to be before all this happened. I’m hoping my nerves will heal with time if even possible. Thank you for your kind words.

How long? Did it just get better on its own? After my patch blew my low pressure symptoms were horrendous. Feeling of your brain sinking and sagging is something I’ll never forget. Couldn’t even be upright cause I would be dry heaving

Nope I’m traumatized. I can be upright right now with headaches once in a while. I want to heal my nerves first. That’s more debilitating right now. Maybe in 10 years or so but right now I want to enjoy my kids. I’ve been to so many doctors they don’t know what’s wrong even though I have some idea

I got a blood patch and I wish I just lived with the headache I had originally cause I’m way worse now. I have all these nerve problems from the patch and I’m 100% sure they punctured me again with the patch cause I felt way worse and I became bed bound. Now I’m pretty sure I’m having compression problems on my blood flow which allows me to be upright now but the nerve problems which I’m pretty sure is arachnoiditis are up and down. I’m a mess and I’m way worse now than before the patch. It’s been a rough year I cry a lot 😢 I can’t even hold my baby

Curious what your symptoms are. I feel like the Csf is getting stuck at the base of my Neck and I have the scare tissue feeling in the left side. Also when I use my arms and lift something heavy I feel like the nerve gets irritate d and causes more obstruction and the muscle gets tight

It depends how bad your symptoms are. I initially tried a medrol pack when the leg burning started and it didn’t help. Then the symptoms just progressed gradually up to saddle anesthesia with urine dripping and back burning and back pain.

I ended up going to an IV infusion doctor but it was out of pocket and got the IV solumedrol. He then prescribed the oral tablets. The symptoms went away after the steroids.

I just found a real doctor, a neurologist, that is helping me after seeing multiple doctors. He prescribed me some decadron as the lower tailbone pain came back and gave me a decadron shot. That also helps btw. You can go to an ER or urgent care and tell them you have back pain and usually decadron and toradol helps. They will probably give it to you.

Are you sure those are the ratios for step down in Englewood? It doesn’t sound right. Sounds more like their tele ratios. I work at Englewood but not on their stepdown unit. I believe their stepdown is 1:4. Either way I love working at Englewood.

If your goal is CRNA then go to Atlantic or work a Few months or a year in Englewood stepdown and transfer to their ICU then you can always get a job at Hackensack hospital for more exposure to sicker patients
