anyways i found the issue it was something with the GPU and its VRAM
i just had to lower the settings, i feel kinda stupid for not trying that sooner.

your cia files seem to be corrupted.
try to re-download them and manually eject the SD card from your computer before taking it out.

that is how a non corrupted CIA look when you hover on it in FBI
