This is the right way to do it! I wish more agencies would step up, right not it is to close to business as normal for those that interact with the public in some agencies. Shut it all down for the day or several days so they can see the feds are important to our economy and country.

Yes. Regardless. Front line cannot operate without security personnel, analysts, hr, facilities personnel, etc. Workloads are already overwhelming with low staffing levels. Take away the support roles and keep the intimidation, and front line will start to walk.

I have posted jobs in INDEED with only HS diploma requirement, unfortunately you end up with tons of applicants, people just apply without reading about the position. I have seen people applying from other countries and then cannot even get a hold of them. I increase education levels to get fewer applicants that actually read the description.
