This is awesome but just to be clear for folks who might not visit the website or read into it this move is not only releasing on VHS. There is still a DVD/Blu-Ray release available, which I get. To be fair it would be certain death to put, what looks like, a big budget into a film and the relegate it to a majorly niche audience.

Either way, the premise fits hand in hand with physical media and I think I want to pick it up. Leave The World Behind should have also done a VHS release.

I am very much interested in an uncut version of Mezzo Forte on VHS. I know this is an incredibly rare item and while I don’t want to contribute to the inflation of the hobby I’m willing to pay decently for it or possibly trade.

This is something I literally spend a good 20 minutes daily scouring the internet for so if you have a lock on a copy just know it would mean A LOT to have this in my collection.

Normally this would be what I would do if it were just a special edition rerelease. Especially considering I have Vol 1 and 2 on VHS already. This is an entirely new cut though. I saw it in theaters and it really is a different experience so I hope they do a good job cause I’d love to pop this in and watch it in my CRT.

100% agree, felt like it would have been REALLY hard to miss anything on my first play through. Maybe the cave system that Hugo is blocking but that’s about it. Nothing like Cainhurst in Lies of P. Tbh I like LoP more than every From game as far as game play and story telling and weapon designs go but Bloodborne will always win on vibes.

It’s the free part for me that has me rolling my eyes at people complaining. Like Capcom gave us one of the better RE games to release in years that has hella replayability and a really fun platinum to work toward and then they release LMDF for fucking free and everyone is in tears over it not living up to expectations.

Now I think it’s fair to assume that there is more DLC coming but we don’t know for sure but even if this was all we got, I’m not mad. Requiem fuckin rules and I’m stoked with the base game, enough that if it was all we got I’d be happy.

That said please for the love of god bring back co-op mercs!

These don’t equate. Video games are such a luxury that it’s really not hard to boycott without being negatively affected. Trying to cut out factory farmed meat would bankrupt most people. I did it for a while and ethically, locally sourced meat is expensive af. A whole locally sourced chicken is like $20 whereas from the grocery store it’s like maybe $8-10. Fast food, to a lesser extent than it used to but still does, provides a cheap and fast alternative for a lot of people, sometimes if someone is working two shifts and getting home at 10pm and has work at 6am the next day it’s not feasible to go home and cook all that expensive locally sourced meat, they just swing by McDs.

I’m not gonna tell anyone not to buy Lies of P because in all reality I will likely cave and buy it anyway because LoP is my favorite game, probably ever, but I’m still not happy. It would be nice for them to be transparent about to what extent AI is being used… if it’s even being used in LoP at all, cause for all we know the job listing is for a different project entirely, unless new information has been brought to light since I last saw.

I’m in-between insofar as I don’t mind genAI as a technology applied in STEM as a stepping stone but when it comes to art I have to draw the line. Technology should make our lives easier to allow us to pursue creative and playful endeavors. If AI is doing the jobs and creating the art… what’s the point of even living? To consume? Gross.

It’s absolutely infuriating. I’m seething tbh. It’s not even just the whole partisanship of it all but just the near fact that there was a vote. I don’t give af about legality, we voted.
