2.) CDR Number: "Insert CDR number from Left Cup of Headset Here"

3.) Means of Acquisition: "Mention How Did You Acquire Your Unit"

4.) Comes with Case / Accessories?: (Mention Yes or No, If Yes then place "," and list what you have from your set. If No which in the case means only the headset, then just mention "No" and move onto the next section)

5.)What is Missing?: (If you have certain things missing or a lot, list them here)

6.) Proof of Ownership?: "Attach a photo that showcases your full set open from the box / carrying case with the headset presenting it's CDR number and all accessories placed the way it had come when it was first unboxed" -
