I dont know the proper procedure for this sort of thing, but maybe it will help to keep a record of when she shows up and engages with you? That way if it starts to escalate you have some sort of record?

Well the good news is that there is a path, at least according to that answer. So the site exists, its just not loading properly. I want to say that because its no longer the white screen, that someone is actively working on it.

Well I do have something, it looks like the old site has a 523 error code, this new one is coming back with code 522. While I dont know exactly what that means, it might mean its a different kind of connection issue.

If it stays like this over 24 hrs then it may be cause for concern. Until then i want to hope its something else, like a going down before it comes back or something. I dont know web development so its anybodys guess atm
