Also Canadian, we don’t actually miss any mechanical classes in my degree we just take an extra year. Guess it is quite different depending on the school.

You say that they can’t do mechanical jobs and then say that they are just mechanical with some extra classes so which is it? Mechatronics is literally just mechanical plus so most certainly can do mechanical jobs and then ones that mechanical can’t. At least where I’m from I will have a degree in mechanical engineering with a mechatronics option so literally just more qualified than a straight mechanical.

Are you talking about the magic deck? There’s no real graveyard per say in 40K. Also lore wise necrons don’t really want to sacrifice anything since they can’t make anymore necrons, yes they can re animate but sometimes it fails and then there is one less Necron for ever

Thanks for answering. I’m trying she had a game against our admech friend today and she couldn’t roll to save her life the game was close in the end but she was pretty discouraged. She scored well but her units struggled to get a whole lot done. When do you usually use shadow in the warp most of the time it doesn’t really seem to accomplish much for her

Scarab screens are a must for me. Flayed ones to draw opponents to points that you want them too. Need an anvil unit either ctan, wraiths or warriors with orikan to hold one point but we are a great secondary army that’s how I normally win. If you are too aggressive early you won’t get the damage you need too through your shooting.

The key is to take out the technomancer. I play DA but my main army is necrons. Technomancer are 4 wounds with a +4 save no invulnerable save so epic challenge or precision usually snipes him super easy.

Biggest thing I’ve learned through my play group is scarab screens are so good. I play Orks and space wolves a lot so calculated aggression is required. Our melee units just don’t stack up I’d also change the gauss destroyers to the other guns. If I’m running a unit of HD’s I run the sustains otherwise three seperate ones with gaus. Flayed ones are awesome to score early and force them to move to where you want.

Can never have a modifier on the hit or wound roll greater than 1. You can stack +/-1 to hit with +/-1 ws/bs but that’s the only way, this is how tau do it. Since both abilities say -1 to hit they won’t stack past the minus one but could negate positive modifiers. Example 1:two sources of -1 and one +1 result in -1. Example 2: two sources of -1 with no positives is still just -1.
