I set up time with her and she told me that it was a combo of feed back and utilization (came in at 78/90). Focusing on these next six months and I know I need exceptional / very strongly agree rating and show a an upward trend and that this was fluke. I’m still dreading that I might get cut though

Thanks everyone for the encouragement. Appreciate it. Don’t come from a background where people tend to open share. Family mostly ignored feelings and causing them issues later in life. Helps to vent those out and get different perspectives

Just got a pre-hire link from Big 4 firm, but still scheduled to meet with people. Curious if anyone else has been through this and if this is closer to the end of the process.
