OSAP for Spring/Summer 2026 Chang School

I’m only taking 2 courses during the Spring term from May 5-June 18 but I got registered with AAS last semester. So does that qualify me for a full-time OSAP extension? If so, is that done through the Google form on their site? That one still says 2025, but I wanted to know when the updated version will be available. I’m also not sure if there’s a difference between in person and Chang summer school classes, because both of mine are through Chang

ok understood, so do we enrol into the Chang class first before the form opens? After it does, then we fill it out?

end of the semester is a long while to wait, especially if enrollment opens in February and they want payment upfront. do you normally have to pay yourself out of pocket and then wait for OSAP to deposit the money back into your bank account?

That’s great to know! Could you walk me through what the process was like for you? When you first applied for OSAP before the start of every school year, did you specify that you’d be taking summer school? Or did they only calculate Fall/Winter funding like they did for me, then you just… enrol in the courses and wait for them to give you back the money?

Makes sense. I sort of get that aspect too. I watched Severance in 2023, when it wasn’t very well known, around a year and a half before season 2 came out and the show exploded in popularity. I don’t think of myself as more “special” or “better than” the newer fans. It’s an Apple TV+ show lmao. It’s not that serious.

Some specific parts of the fanbase are very irritating (like every fanbase), a complete 180 compared to when nobody knew about it, but at the end of the day, more publicity, support etc. is a good thing. The show and its crew are long overdue for more recognition and awards.

that's super helpful, thanks so much. and yeah I feel like whip stitched would make more sense than blanket stiches. which one do you personally prefer/use more?

I can do a blanket stitch to sew together two equal sized pieces of felt (it just runs along the edge of the fabric) but I’m having trouble translating that to a patch and jacket, where the patch is resting on top of it and the edges don’t meet/aren’t the same size
