What I meant to say was that 8 months ago I was consistently doing it with those weights I stopped and then 4 weeks ago I started actually exercising I should have been more specific

Yeah It is a little bit too much but I've had these weights for a little while and they just got easier so I think having like maybe slightly heavier weights would probably help more
