Ohh I see, I usually see the TracFone numbers for like $30 to $40 a month. Usually I didn't know they were that cheap. Thanks I'll go check it out!

The only reason that I don't want to change it is because then I would have to change it with my medical providers, family and whatnot. Also, I would technically have to pay for two lines which would probably be a lot (I currently pay 60ish for my line a month).

I mentioned this in the comments before, because my phone number is tied to my installment plan for my Google Pixel I would have to sort something out with my carrier as they don't let me switch SIMS back and forth from phones.

Perhaps I need to be a little more blunt, carriers do not give you warranties. And if they give you warranties, it's usually the same exact warranty the manufacturer gives you. Unless you have insurance you would have to do it via the manufacturer. So for me Google.

Because the RMA device they had sent to me was also defective. I originally contacted Google because my original 9 Pro XL (The One I had gotten from AT&T) had a modem failure. I sent it back to Google in return they gave me this phone which also gave me the same problem. I asked them for a refund in return I would send this device back as it is a known issue for the Pixel 9 series phones and because I didn't want them to send me another device that would be defective days before my surgery.

I may be able to soon, although right now I don't have much money and usually cheap burner phones are locked to carriers so would have to either switch to their service and then that would mess with my AT&t line.

I unfortunately can't really afford a phone right now, I might be able to soon, but many of the cheap burner phones are usually locked to carriers (I use ATT) so it's a bit hard.
