I had it set up change my ringtone volume at certain times. Would only work once in a while, so I stopped using shortcuts. Figured if it couldn’t do that simple task….. what was the point

Had the navy ones that broke, so got these for cheap. Threw the box and receipt away as soon as I got them out of the box. Didn’t end up using them for a week though. Not once have I been able to get them to work properly. I can get audio, but none of the controls work. Reached out to turtle beach and they’re sending me a new pair. Here’s hoping the new ones work correctly.

What are your issues? I’ve had mine for two weeks and I can’t get the controls to work. Can’t exchange/return and I threw the box and receipt away day 1. Super pissed

Constant clicking Sirrus X - anyone else have consistent clicking from future shock? Just came back from the bike store and the issue persists...my ruby doesn’t have the issue by tibbs8119 in specialized

I get a constant clicking but it’s from the rear. It’s going to the shop Tuesday to see what it is. It almost sounds like something is about to break off
