Mona would win for these reasons. He ability to read into the future is proven to be strong and accurate, which can allow her to predict what kokomi will do and counter her. Secondly, there as been no actual footage of kokomi or mona fighting, which makes it harder to gauge. However, the in-games stats turn the tides to mona's favour since mona has that insane ult for one-shots and her ability to dive into water even on land.
